***A Successful First Annual Tim Mash Jog-A-Thon***

The annual Jog-A-Thon was held on Sunday, April 27th at McCollum Park, Downers Grove, Illinois.  The weather was perfect for the team to run 5 miles.    This was the first year the Jog-A-Thon was named in honor of former DGS Football Coach Tim Mash.  Thanks to all the volunteers who made this years run a success. ***Golf Outing***

We are still looking for donations and players.  If you want to play golf and have a foursome, download the form and save the date, June 27th.  

Mike Whitmer and Pat Carlson are looking for hole sponsors and auction items for the fund raising portion of the event.  If you can't play golf but would like to sponsor a hole, your  donations would be greatly appreciated.

***Candlelight Bowl***

The Candlelight Bowl has been changed to October 11,2008, starting at  9 p.m. til 12 p.m.  The location is still at Suburbanite Bowl on Ogden Ave. in Westmont.  Tickets are $32.00 a person which includes bowling, shoes and pizza dinner.  This event is always a good night of fun so be sure to save the date.

The new look Newsletter is now complete for March/April.  Be sure to check it out.  All the information you need to know is on-line.  The Coaches Corner is still under construction but will be up soon. Click  the buttons on the left side to see the new pages.
